MicroLogic Solutions Pte. Ltd. (“MicroLogic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data.

1. Data We Collect

We collect personal data that you provide to us directly, including through our contact form, telephone enquiries, or email correspondence. This may include:

  • Name and job title
  • Company name and business address
  • Work email address and telephone number
  • Information about your IT and security requirements shared in your enquiry

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide quotations for our services
  • To deliver agreed services and manage our client relationship with you
  • To send you relevant updates about cybersecurity threats and MicroLogic services (where you have consented)
  • To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations

3. Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with:

  • Technology and service providers who assist us in delivering our services (e.g. cloud infrastructure providers)
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) under strict confidentiality obligations
  • Regulatory authorities where required by law

4. Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with our legal obligations. Enquiry data from individuals who do not become clients is retained for 12 months, after which it is securely deleted.

5. Security

We implement reasonable security arrangements to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our security measures include encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security assessments — consistent with our own compliance with Cyber Essentials and PDPA requirements.

6. Your Rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct any inaccurate personal data
  • Withdraw consent for the use of your personal data for marketing purposes

7. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that may cause significant harm to individuals, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) within 3 business days, and affected individuals as required.
